The Six Jewels: Power of Nonduality

Usually the word power carries a negative connotation and is used pejoratively in spiritual circles. I hope to change that. I think the status quo of teachers and practitioners not embracing the innate powers of realization and seeking positions of power in the world has caused unfortunate consequences such as enabling people at earlier unhealthy stages of development to be in the driver's seat instead, causing alot of the problems we see in the world.

But as visionary leaders who value spiritual development, we can change that. We can use power from the consciousness of wholeness and love, informed by Dynamic Presence and the Integral Model to enact ripples of positive change in our circle of influence and through the six degrees of separation, to all eight billion people on this planet.

I believe understanding and utilizing the power of nonduality can move us in that direction.

Think about it - why do you feel called to embark on the path as a visionary leader? If you are like me, we have stepped into the role as a visionary leader because we feel the call to ignite ripples of impact in the world. We feel that impulse of love from the very depth of our core. From Source.

What causes those ripples of impact? Power. In other words, the impulse from Source thru our being as its unique expression of love as "you" touching the lives of "other" with your unique gifts creating impact. How can we make this impact if we don't have power? Power is this movement from Source thru you. It catalyzes change and transformation. If there is no movement and thus no power, then no impact can happen in the world.

So power is necessary and as I described above, can be harnessed from wholeness and love, creating positive change in the world.

When power is harnessed thru nonduality (aka experiencing the essence of Source), infinite jewels present themselves in the heart of a spiritual visionary leader.

The most immediate and applicable to the life of a visionary leader are the six jewels of abundance -

Transformational Value
Sacred Business
Conscious Romance

1 - Presence. When you experience the recognition of nonduality and are able to traverse the levels of embodying this recognition, you will experience meditation on and off the cushion that will have immediate effects on your well-being and your circle of influence. People will experience a special presence from you and you will be able to continue the meditation while you are coaching and leading that will look natural and dynamic to others. Your spirituality will deepen. The lives you touch will feel more impacted by your field, they will feel more listened to, more attuned to, and more loved. This presence will bring you into the pathway of a spiritual intelligence that has infinite levels to it, where over time, you will experience ever more contexts within contexts within contexts, infinitum...that will deliver more wisdom and knowledge on how to create more quality impact in the world and the people you serve and love.

And this presence will ignite your....

2 - Next Level. ...your next level of empowerment and impact. Because there is never an end to this recognition and embodiment of nonduality, there are infinite versions of you and levels of empowerment. 3 - Transmission. Your circle of influence will feel a lasting impression that will inspire them to follow your leadership and the vision you are inviting them into whether it is a team culture, how to sell from love, words of wisdom you would like to offer, or any of the other myriad ways you would like to create value in their lives.

4 - Transformational Value. It will create a transformational field and catalyze growth, insight, and positive change in their lives. This transformation will then cause ripples of impact in the lives of that person's world, increasing the probability that it will touch the lives of all beings on this planet through the six degrees of separation. Your spirituality will deepen even more as you experience your place in this chain of ripples. You will also be transformed as you transform others.

5 - Sacred Business. From enrollment, to messaging, to coaching, you will lead your business from a place of sacredness and deep spirituality. Your spirituality will be both mystical and worldly. As you traverse the levels of nonduality and attain its infinite jewels, you will ultimately experience intimate nonattachment to outcomes. Special word here is intimate. It is paradoxical, but it is possible to have an intimate experience of nonattachment. This power will lead you to a trust that whatever manifests as ripples of impact through your sacred business will be enough and what Source is intending for you in this moment of time in your journey. This trust and surrender will ensure that quality of impact comes before and is the basis of operation for quantity of impact. We call this sacred outlook and living a sacred business.

6 - Conscious Romance. And through the mirror of visionary leadership as a romance and embodying the above jewels, you will become a better lover. Instead of a conventional relationship, you will attract a conscious romance or deepen an existing one. The power of nonduality and the six jewels will thrust you into a deep intimacy with your sacred business and your circle of influence. If you follow thru the levels of nonduality, you will arrive at a place of magic and love. And with these qualities and new capacities, you can show up as a conscious lover and create an extraordinary romance with someone that is deeply connected with this deeper spirituality.

SUMMARY

So by reframing power into a force of love, we can begin to embark on the path of worldly spirituality that is empowered and can affect real change in the world. I believe our spiritual orientation in our visionary leadership can affect this change. We are each like drops of water holding a special gift and as these droplets pour into the container of this world together, we will create an ocean of impact. I call this ocean, Lumina.

This ocean of impact happens when we claim the inherent powers of embodying the recognition of nonduality and discover its infinite jewels such as the six jewels of abundance - presence, next level, transmission, transformational field, sacred business, and conscious romance.

Experiencing these six jewels will create a life where your visionary leadership and romantic life become one. You will enter the pathway of sacred outlook which holds even more jewels of abundance yet to be discovered and revealed.
